Limit Paypal Bank Withdrwal
 

Hello there.
I have a us paypal account which is not under my name. It is limit now and I am allowed to withdraw the money. Is there any card or bank that I cab use to withdraw the moneu?

You will need a us bank account - what is the amount in the pp?

$450 I have in that account.

You'll need to add a USA bank account to withdraw it.

You should have confirmed the ACC with a bank account in the first place btw.

So can you get a USA bank account?

You can add a bank or a card (if supported by paypal - you will see when adding).
However, it's possible you are not allowed to add it.
You will need to contact paypal so they can manually "unblock" this feature on your account.

Depends how many hours you're willing to spend dealing with phone support. You may never get the bank account added, so for anything 3 figures or less, I personally wouldn't waste the time. You used to be able to sell these for about 50% to the guys that could make id's and cash the cheques. No idea where to find those buyers nowadays.
