PP limited permanently, ID not accepted, asking ID again
 

PP was permanently limited 10 months ago, now trying to withdraw funds, provided Id to pp two months ago but they keep on asking id again, Id was stealth, I guess they did not like the id quality,

Now trying to get DL but don’t have picture which was used on passport which was provided them before,

Anyone here who can find the picture or extract it from passport and use on DL,
Or what’s your advise, use new picture altogether,

I've had that happen on a bunch of accounts over the years. I'd just upload a jpeg or PNG file that reads "I refuse to provide any more personal information or documents."

Some of these paypals then let me then add bank accounts and withdraw, some I'm still try to attach banks account to.

Pp is docs Hungary, provide one, ask an other one, an other one,
Seems strategy to keep money,

Have you checked all info on the document matches to PayPal info?

If so, then it should be as you said the problem with "id quality". There are many "specialists" on Google who can help you.

I think pp do cross-check for id submitted after 180 days for withdrawal.
