Receiving sms for italian stealth paypal looking for merchant

Do someone in the forum verify sms for an italian stealth paypal? I saw only a merchant doing it in Account Services but i think he is inactive.

Might be inactive due to the weekend...if the merchant posting is still live, he/she should be offering the service still...

Yes Pavesi is inactive or intermittent since quite some time...

Hard to find Italian SMS service since Italian numbers (by law) have to be registered with ID.

What do you mean for deliver sim? I only want to receive the sms code for activating a stealth paypal.
I don't have skype.
