180 day wait and no email!

So what am I to do now? I've waited the dreadful 180 days for my email saying I can retrieve my balance from my PayPal account. How do I get that money??? Please somebody help me out :/

Send them a message through pp help,
If no reply, phone them, be prepared to be asked id and proof of address,

send them a message when you are logged in.
