PayPal question
 

Basically my own PayPals that I use (in my own info) have all been perma limited. I have a few questions going forward.

1. If I use a friends PayPal (who is also in the same city as me) from my phone on 4G, can PayPal link it to my previous PayPal's? ps yes I did use my PayPals on 4G sometimes.

2. If I link my bank acc / card to his PayPal (not the same ones that were on my previous PayPals, new card / acc) they are however still in my name, will PayPal be able to link this to my previous accounts?

1. Has the phone used PP before? Using the pp app? "Yes" to any of those questions would be hazardous to the account.

2. New bank would not cause a link
