Do ebay and paypal still share information nowadays

My old ebay and paypal accounts were suspended.
Now paypal is out, and ebay has its own system--Managed payment.
I am ready to register a new ebay account, my friend is willing to help me.
My question is, can I use my bank account which was linked to my suspended paypal?
Do ebay and paypal still share information nowadays?

Nice question - I haven't tried that since my pp's were not suspended. Following for other ppl's experiences

You can use bank account ebay which used on PayPal without any issue

Paypal never remove any account-closed or open,along with bank accounts linked to the Paypal account.
I dont think Ebay will find out or bother to find out
