SSN, ITIN can be random?

Hello,
If when creating a new account you are adding random SSN,ITIN they are going to shut you down?

Of course later when they ask docs, to send them ⊗⊗⊗⊗..

Is it workable or not?

They supposedly have access to a database where they could see if there is a matching ITIN or SSN.

When trying to add random last digits they always say "Please enter a valid SSN/ITIN".

More like an algorithm in use for matching versus a straight database
