Have had this and waited a week or so and all was well. You should see what caused it to begin with as master SaiJin said as this is the bigger concern.

this happened a few times with me. I created a few accounts and didn't log in for more than 2 years. I had to correct password and all. I think you would have to call to see what they will ask. I am afraid there is no other way around it. The more times you try to log in the more you will risk raising red flags
