Strange limitation
 

So as the title suggests I’ve had a strange limitation appear on my account. It’s a new account 1 month old. I’ve created many accounts so I am certain it’s not my creation method, 3rd payment received for £80. Not asking for docs just business info. Any ideas? It says

“Since you’ve applied for a PayPal product, we need some information from you to help us better understand your business.

We’ve also temporary limited certain features in your PayPal account. Currently you won’t be able to make a payment or withdraw money”

Resolution centre tasks just says

“Explain how your business works”

No request for invoices or ID

Strange thing is that I haven’t applied for anything, All I’ve done is open the account

Anything can trip up the bots. Or it can be completely random as well.

Just submit what they're asking for.

OP, did you apply for some other pp product? Like a pp credit card?

No absolutely nothing. Which is why it baffled me

Could just be a glitch in the generic limited e-mail

Could just be a 1 off since you have been successful with your other creations right?

Yes mostly ok. Odd one here and there. Still been playing on my mind as to why that happened though

are you sure it is from Paypal?
