Delivery vs Signature confirm. paypal problem

I sold an itouch on eBay for over $200. I got delivery confirmation(not signature) and the package was confirmed delivered. Buyer is now filing a claim saying he never received it! How is that possible?! Will he win the claim? Please help!

Wrong section..

Hmmm what I usually do it escalate to a claim and PayPal system close it in my favor, but it may not work for you so call PayPal yourself and ask them wtf man...!

:faint: Parcels & addressees don't always meet.It may be that an unknown person had access to the parcel. The buyer may be attempting a scam.
These are a few scenarios I can think of. Although it costs extra for a signature, it is to your advantage for disputes any other time.

Do what shoot-to-kill recommended. Do it quickly. :ranger:

According to US Banking rules and regulations.
Any package valued OVER $250 must have a signature upon delivery.
$199.99 and below - Delivery confirmation
$200.00 and above - Signature Confirmation.

This rule is also in effect for any and all PAYPAL sales.

A good friend of mine who is a Powerseller advised me to ALWAYS get SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION with purchases $200 and over. So that you KNOW the buyer received the item because he HAS to sign for it upon delivery.

Delivery confirmation only under $200?

Does PayPal only require delivery confirmation under $200? I am confused by Here We Go Again's post. I have been paying USPS for signatures on all my packages and most of my sales are in the $150 or less range. (unless they order two :peace: ).
