Hi there just wondering is it safe to use my stealth ebay paypal account with ioffer or should i create a new one just for ioffer. thanks

Create a new one. Users who have had trouble with ioffer & a paypal limitation have lost the usage of that account on ebay. Reason is linkage.
So not worth to impede the use of your stealth account. :ranger:
