Will disputes lead to account suspension?

I used PP back for few years with eBay, but my experience was very straightforward with it.

If you had 100 transactions with PP in the last 3 months and 10 customers opened claims of "Item not received" and the seller issued refunds upon the opening of these claims.

Will PP suspend the account because 10% of the buyers opened Item not received cases in the last 3 months?

Probability is high yes.

10% is high in their eyes.

I didn't find any info on PP website regarding this. They only say if dispute rate is higher than 1.5% you will be charged an extra fee.

It's not about the info, I have just seen people getting tracking/doc request when they get a lot of disputes on PP.

I almost never get a non receipt dispute myself and when I do I have tracking that shows delivered so again this is based on what I've seen from people's threads in here over the years.

I hear that if you refund without including PayPal, I mean if you just refund as soon as buyer opens case BEFORE escalating into claim, then you are safe. As I know, Claims that matters.

But still 10% is large. So you need to find a way to communicate with your buyers and inform them with deadline beforehand to avoid them opening cases.

That is also correct.

But too many disputes = auto flag

Remember they are always minimizing their risks.

Too many disputes will definitely get the acct in trouble. No doubt about it.

Once there is a buyer who open a paypal account and thought she spotted a great deal on Ebay and quickly moved in and made 20 purchases from different sellers, then quickly cancelled them all but claiming INAD,Paypal just suspended her account.
Besides Paypal, you should worry about your Ebay standing,

What if you open alot of disputes as a buyer and they get closed in your favor without getting it escalated?

I have over 100 transactions on my paypal and I have 10 closed cases in my favor
