Back On PayPal Legally After Years
 

Hi I was banned from paypal nearly ten years under my legal info, however around 4 years from that date I created another account using my real information and that account remained strong alive and active receiving large amounts under the same legal identity. The address and phone may have changed because I moved and got a new number but the ssn, dob and my name obviously remained the same. Now after that account being up and alive for nearly 4 years that account was too banned due to having to high of a chargeback percentage, to my knowledge there was no linkage to my old account. Anyhow its been 3 years since my latest account was banned, if someone else have experienced this, Do you think I can do it again. Just create another account with my real information, since then my address and phone have changed again so I dont see why not. Please share your experience with this strange phenomenon if you have any. I think there's some type of grace period if your account wasn't banned for something paypal would classify as immediately dangerous to the community like excessive abuse, stealth accounts, fraud, etc.

No No No, ..... No Stealth Guide For Me! Im not new here, this is only a new account. Let me clarify. I am a stealth user of 8 years. I know stealth like the back of my hand but that's not what I'm bringing up here. I'm speaking strictly in regards to my legal identity which it appears paypal gives remorse to it once a certain amount of time passes. I'm curious as to is it a one time remorse or is it consistent. As explained above this is a phenomenon that I experienced once before when a certain amount of time have lapsed and I think enough time has lapsed for me to try again. I know I cant be the only one to have experienced this.

I wouldn't risk a potential link by using old info regardless of time passed - although you were successful after 4 years, will you be again? Only PP knows 100% for sure

If your address has changed you should be good, in my experience.

You should be fine
Makesure use new address phone no etc and system and never login from same machine as your old account
Paypal is not very strict you should be fine

Thanks for understanding what I was saying, I knew i wasn't the only who experienced this before. Now, would you say the same thing applies to eBay? It's been more than 6 years since I've legally been there.

Roger that, since then I have naturally replaced everything even my I.D. I'm hoping for the best. Will definitely update the posts.

Yes you can register on eBay again with your real info. Everyone can since they switched from Paypal to managed payments.

UPDATE:

Works like a charm, so far so good... Here's my two cents on the topic. (If you want to sell again using the same legal identity)

Required: New Phone, New Email, New Device, New Internet, New Address
Preferred: New I.D. (Use Passport instead, or Use the same but renewed/updated)
Preferred: Let some time pass before returning, I waited years maybe you don't have to wait that long

Once again this is not stealth nor am I advocating it as such, this is selling under your legal identity, You can also replace your SSN, with a EIN or Tax ID if you're uncomfortable with using the same SSN again, but since I'm already secured with stealth accounts I added my SSN again just to test it out and it's running just fine for me. It also helps to not have been banned before for something like connection to stealth accounts, negative balances, fraud, etc.

My account was banned two years ago and i opened another one without SS. It is over a year old then the new $600 law. Can i use my SS or use my LLC EIN

thanks, the address need to be under your name？ i heard of paypal will check your addr proof and look the whitepage etc to check holder is actually live that addr OR your accout will get limited when they ask photoid/address proof
