21d hold normal?
 

Hi my stealth acc is about 1 month old. Today i got my first sale and at once i got an email with the following:

Money from sales is being withheld because:
You’re new to PayPal, or we have limited history on your selling activity with this account.

To get your money sooner, please complete ALL of the below actions:
-Process an additional 10 transaction(s)
-Receive an additional $200.00 USD in sales
-Have an account in good standing for 60 days

Any payments received will be held for up to 21 days. If there are no issues with your orders, the money held will be automatically released after 21 days.

Is this normal? the hold will be removed after ALL above actions are completed? Problem with the above is the phone number. Its registered under USA. Where i can find a USA phone number? If not all action are covered the 21hold will be for every transaction indefinitely?

As for the second part to get money sooner if i mark it as digital to drop to 7 days, whats the verification? customer needs to verify the transaction from their end?

Oh yes, this is normal and can happen even when the account is mature.

Just make sure that your tracking is uploaded on time

If you need a phone, then just buy a phone locally.

Or go to the marketplace in the forum and look for someone that offer phone services

Where i can find a USA phone number? - There are some sellers on marketplace here, also you can check on Google and find a lot rental services for this purpose.

if digital,you may be able to marked shipped with out entering tracking OR your buyer confirm delivery,check the transaction,
