You can't, but you can refund through original payment

Not yet. But I will receive a bigger sum of money than I usually receive the paypal account and would like to be prepared if paypal goes crazy.
So can I refund ff payment from the original transaction or not?

Is your account suspended like "You can no longer do business with PayPal" or just asks you to provide some documents?(Like ID and etc)
