quick security check when logging in
 

paypal is asking for quick security check when logging in, but I don't have access to the phone number and there is no option to change the number.

I don't have the cookies.

what should I do in this case?

Ah crap... did you delete the cookies or reinstall the OS and delete everything?

One way is to call Paypal to get the phone updated and don't change password.

I'd wait for other members replies in this thread before you go and call them though so you get extra advice

I've had a sim expire on me where it hasn't been used. Called Paypal and updated it, I had all the information saved for the account. It's pretty straight forward in the UK.

Yes, I have them.

So I guess, I just need to call PP.

Device doesn't have saved cookies. Try to login after few days from another device with fresh ip.
