This is regarding this.

PayPal is limiting accounts which we all know is complete BS most of the time and now taking all 100% of the funds from limited accounts. Prior to this PayPal was limited / closing accounts and then letting you withdraw the funds after 180 days. Now they're just stealing all 100% of your funds because they think they can and there is no regulation to prevent companies like PayPal to abuse their power.

Class example of corporate greed and corruption.

PayPal will obviously never be able to convince any court what they're doing is acceptable.

Good, until people start standing up, they will never change. Makes me mad that many companies that are "to big to fail" think they are above the law.

No, but Paypal has many uses outside of Ebay. I like to spread my wings as far as possible so that when big changes happen, like with Ebay, I am not put out of the game.

How is it bad for you? It doesn't impact you. It helps the general consumer from not being exploited by PayPal. It's good for everyone even those not affected by the class action.

Rough to hear - what steps have you taken so far to try and push PP for funds return?

Just to be clear - PP sent all amount back to buyers? Claims?

i tried to contact them by message thats all, i know it's a lost cause.
claims were already refunded, so the $14k were shipped items, it was credited back to paypal

Wait so they reversed the bank withdrawal from your PP account, then refunded the buyers?

That's a lost cause if it's the case. =\

after refunding the buyers, i had 14k in paypal balance, so i was waiting the 180 days to send it to my bank account, but after i guess 4-5 month they just took it.
and left with a paypal account with 0$

Possibly more refunds done as well - did you check account activity history?
