Premium Residential or Fresh IPs?

Trying to create stealth pps but i dont know what kind of Proxys to choose.

I got already created ones that im trying to use with the new ips now.


Should i buy the Premium residential plan or Fresh ips for every account?


Or can i use the residential ips for creating and managing the paypal accounts?

so you are managing the accounts with the 30min sticky ip feature.. and for every paypal another proxy profile or can i just use the same profile?

in ip burger panel i have two subusers with my residential plan.. so i just generate proxys and use the same proxy for the one account.. i got undetectable.io for mulitple browsers to not link accounts..

im still not quite sure how the proxy stuff works.. do i need a new subuser in IPBurger for each paypal account or is it okay to generate a list with proxys with the same ISP and use the proxys as long as they work.

idk realy know much about proxys
