How to confirm identity with email?
 

So some of my PayPal accounts let’s me verify my identity with email address and some only give me the option for phone number.

The problem is I’m constantly changing my phone numbers so how can I get that option on all of my accounts?

All of my accounts have the email verified so I don’t understand.

You're lucky. I only have a mobile verification on all accs, right after entering email + password + 2 factor code from app :mad2:

It seems to be random for me. The email is verified and confirmed. So I don’t understand why some let me confirm identity with both email and phone number. And some just strictly phone number

I think the best way to secure a PayPal is adding security questions and 2 factor authentication with APP. Only if you constantly change phone numbers
