Can I use SpoofCard app to call Paypal and eBay from a different phone number ?

Hi, I am using google voice numbers on my paypal and ebay and would like to call customer service from my mobile by using spoofcard app so the calling number matches the number on the account - does this still work in 2022 ?

Why not just call from the google voice then?

Because the virtual server I use doesn't allow me to connecct my mike or speakers
