| SteveWest | 02-12-2022 09:36 AM | Instant limitation Hi,
I saw a thread in the limited section last week which said new business accounts were being limited right at time of creation. I have experienced this over the last 48 hours.
Used different devices, various different genuine mobile hotspots, doesn’t even allow you to add anything before it’s limited
Did anyone get a fix? |
| Luminary | 02-12-2022 10:31 AM | Re: Instant limitation What was the reason for the limitation? |
| Thanh5689 | 02-12-2022 10:34 AM | Re: Instant limitation Seems Paypal is being crazy these days |
| SteveWest | 02-12-2022 10:52 AM | Re: Instant limitation Just says because you’ve applied for a PayPal product we need more information. And asks for photo ID and proof of address. All that within 30 seconds of signing up |
Re: Instant limitation There is no fix, you either give them what they want or the account will remain limited.
Instant ID requests is becoming the norm. |

I’ve created 8 this year and also many in the months prior to that it’s never happened before. You can’t surely believe ID will be required to open an account do you? |

They're a financial institution and legislation is tightening so they're treated the same as Banks i.e Open an account, give us your ID.
I guess most here being sellers wont have a problem with this any more. :) |

I understand that but they are a payment processor not a bank. That said, I just tried something different when opening and no instant limitation, so it’s not all doom and gloom yet |

| fr0stbyte | 03-09-2022 05:43 PM | Re: Instant limitation There is no fix. I dunno about other countries but UK PP are super-duper over frauded. So atm instant limitations are ok. I created over 2k uk pp with my own hands and more then 4k via auto-reg working through antidetect browsers/android apps. Last few months all accounts are limited after creation. Yes, residental proxies and other. Any leaks are impossible because last accs created with my own hands with antidetect + special raspberry pi router and wifi jammer (lol). Also some accs closed after few days of usage without notice. PayPal suck more and more.
All accs are personal, linked with vccs/vba. |

Your method is the reason you’re getting limited. And I know plenty of people it’s not happening to so there is a fix. |

Supply the document that is being requested. ;) |
Re: Instant limitation Source of IP for pp creation was what? |

Most likely your IP address is in a different location or something else is not matching the info you are giving.
I think your new account is burned if it is a stealth. I would close the account instead of submitting the documents. If you submit it will stay in the system and if you try to use those again it will link to this account. Better to close it and make another attempt in a few months. |

| fr0stbyte | 03-10-2022 04:02 PM | Re: Instant limitation Yesterday I created ten IT paypal accs. Nine accs instantly limited, one account closed right after providing documents. No difference between real device or stuff like Multilogin. I think it's my most perfect setup - ipad pro with IT apple id, configurated through raspberrry pi router with residental proxy (proxy provided by my friend in Napoli). Cleant IT phone number, old gmail (linked with social networks), hq real docs. GPS/WIFI jammed, "illusory" aps spawned (got them from wigle) just for wifi location bypass. Account instantly limited too. |

PayPal has lots of money coming in and out I’m pretty sure they have lots of security that can detect something fishy | | All times are GMT -5. The time now is 01:34 AM. | |
