Strange limitation placed
 

I just got a limitation on my business account. Unlike the usual limitations where they ask for ID invoices and tracking.

In email it says the following:

"As you've applied for a PayPal product, we need some information from you to help understand your business better."

It doesn't ask for any documents at all. There is only one requirement which is: Explain how your business works

it asks for what is being sold. Where being sold.

I filled in all required info. and it is being reviewed now.


I sell study notes ( PDFs) priced $15-$25.


Do you think i still have chance to survive?

Oef... digital product and school related too. That's a bit tough I think, but no point to worry about it right now and just hope for the best.

Keep us updated what they say and we'll go from there.

I had this a few weeks back on 3 of mine, the exact same. 2 were unlimited and one asked for a lot more. At the time it felt like it was just tightened security but maybe it’s just something that is happening now,

Chance is going to depend on subject matter, if it's copyrighted, and which agent reviews your file - examples...best of luck

How u sell u PDF ? Because the product name in the description of payment will be a red flag

I have been doing that for many years no problems at all. Selling pdfs by itself is NOT prohibited if no copyright included.

True - but keep in mind that PP evolves over time - hopefully if you decide to continue on other accounts with same activity, you aren't caused grief like this again
