Cannot add bank account to PayPal? Browser?

Trying to add a bank account to a stealth account I haven’t used in a while. I try to add a bank account but I just get the spinning wheel. Tried 3 different browsers chrome, IE, and edge with same results. Any help?

I would suggest waiting 72 hours and then if it doesn’t work. Your PayPal has the can not add bank bug. I had this before. I even tried chat support and they could not add the bank.

I did the chat feature and was able to enter my bank info. It said they will make 2 small deposits. Hopefully it works! Will update in a few days!

I think if you got the chat confirmation that you were receiving the microdeposits I think it’s successful. After I added my bank info through the chat they told me wait 72 hours and they told me clear cookies/cache bla bla bla. Nothing worked for me

You should get those deposits within a day or less. They are pretty fast about it.
