Does anybody know why sometimes instant payment works and other times echeque?
 

I have a few paypal accounts which I used to get paid through ebay so it was no problem using the balance to pay expenses.

Now with MP it goes directly into the bank and takes a day to withdraw into paypal.
Sometimes when I send payment it does a instant transfer, it pays my supplier instantly then it takes a day or two to deduct from my bank. At other times it only offers echeque option which is really crap has to clear from my bank first then it pays my supplier. Obviously 1 or 2 days lost time = lost income. Anybody know why sometimes instant payment works and other times it goes to echeque?

Usually it means you don't have enough funds in the account so it pulls the funds out from your bank as echeque

yeah I kind of knew that, just wondering what condition makes paypal trust you some times to do a instant transfer which is like paypal credit and other times not trust you and only offer exheque

Very difficult to 100% identify the situation - trial and error and experience - multiple factors likely involved including past history

You are in AU,could be different from USA.
Some US banks now offer same day transfer FREE,

LIke I said if there's no money in the account they'll pull from your bank as echeque.

You can go to settings and set your preferred way to pay in pp
