Withdraw problems

i tried to transfer the money to my bank acc,
but it shows "We're sorry, we need more information. Please contact Customer Service for assistance."
what should i do right now ?
please share your experiences with me

i am adding a td bank,this bank been verified successfully,
i try to contact with paypal
they ask me wait 24-48 hours ,then try it again
but it have already more than 48 hours ,
still the same.

are you in HK and the bank account is also in HK? Your IP, phone number also in HK?
If you try too many times it will not work.
Call them first and once they say it is clear then you try.
Pay attention to the questions they ask you. It will indicate what the problem might be

PayPal system may be blocking a withdrawal because of some security issues. It may be IP or browser cookies.
