Is my ip pool the problem? Any help pls <333

Hey guys,

I’ve been making stealth accounts for about 2 years now and recently I’ve ran into limitations on PayPal they are not accepting my docs and permanently limiting me. I’m asking for some help.

I’ve been using the same EE sim for the two years, switching mobile data on and off again for new IP. Is it a case of where PayPal have stopped all accounts from me using the first 9 digits from my IP? Or is it something else stopping my accounts?

Also I used to use Iphones ,resetting when needed but now I use a cheap android, resetting when needed. Could they be linking my phone?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Have you received any funds into the accounts? If so, what category of sales?

I have received funds and that’s where they limit me which is normal but I usually get restored after sending documents but now none of my accounts are getting restored. I sell on depop and usually sell sneakers.

I’ve been selling this way for the last year or so and only now am I receiving problems.

Maybe they have picked up my selling pattern as I don’t sell more than 1 shoe per account.

Having the same problem, also on depop. I guess depop may be the problem then.

I think the app may be leaking information even when the phone is factory resetted. I might just test with PayPal invoice and see.

Might be that the depop term/related sales are so hot that there is a hard suspension right away with low hope of reinstatement - PP does evolve...

You might be right. Whenever I sell and get limited they send two emails saying I’m limited at the exact same time also showing two limitation notifications when I log in which was not the case before. I’m 90% sure it’s depop but I’m going to try and sell using PayPal invoice only.

I always get 2 limitations when selling via invoice. Only 1 limitation when money is sent manually. By EE you mean Estonia?

No I mean the ISP EE network in the UK. What do you mean by selling manually?

Did you say you were using their APP on your phone to make accounts?

If that's the case I always tell people to use a computer instead of mobile device.

I do see you on many threads saying to use a computer but what I’m not the best at computers. I’ve been stealthing for a while now and only recently ran into problems.

I was using an iPhone to do my accounts on browsers but now I use android as my iPhone was stolen. The android worked for many accounts for like 2 months but now all of a sudden I’m getting perma limited. Does anyone know if android is worse for stealth or is it just me.

I've been stealthing for over 15 years now and I don't even remember when I got an account in trouble.

I tried amazon on an iPad once and it was the biggest mistake I've ever made.

You'll have much more flexibility and speed and efficiency working these accounts on your computer, I recommend you give it a try for your own sake

When it comes to IP I don’t think that’s the issue.
Mobile IP’s get recycled a lot. As long as you’re not using the same IP to create more than one account you should be fine.

Anyway you can get another iPhone to test? And we’re you factory resetting the iPhone just like the androids? Maybe try a new android and see if it was just the phone.

If you are using PayPal app to create accounts, PayPal may link the accounts easily. If you prefer using android, try Chrome or any other browser.

So one of the issues with EE is the limit IP range

One thing I would advise is to add in a few more ISPs (Three is really solid)
