New Paypal account - Status changed to verified without VCC

I was verifying accounts this morning and accidently left one as a personal account instead of premier. When I confirmed the bank account the status changed to Verified and all the limits removed.. And it has NO VCC attached.

Is it just a glitch?

yes i noticed that too on both premier and business. but of course I have the social. just type limits on the search box and look if theres a limit
