New PP will hold payment for 21 days right?

I find someone sell new (only one payment) PP without hold but threshold is 2500 usd that is beyond 2500, money is still on hold. It is enough to me but it cost 300 usd and anyone know how to create such new PP without hold?

All i know is they take one payment and PP limit it and ask document and then they provide then it become no hold pp.

There is no such thing is no-hold PP for any TX. If you got some payments with no hold, it can get back at any time and that is uncontrollable. Suspicious sender, high amount, different source / marketplace - anything can trigger holds to return.

up to 21 days,it could be released faster ,build your sales history and eventually there will be no hold

There is no such thing. You should build the trust with Paypal then there is no hold.

I have had rare cases (in the past) where you get a unicorn account that is 1 in 1000

A brand new freshly made account that had zero limits and tens of thousands pass through it within weeks - no hold - no flags - nothing.

In the past, there is that type of accounts, but it is just a bug from Paypal and they fixed after they lost few thousand dollars with Black Hat guys.

Yea, slow and steady wins the race with paypal all the time. The biggest problem with exploits... is that once they become public knowledge it's too late.
