Can someone please tell me what method they are using to create paypal accounts?

I Reset an iPhone, used both ICard and Revolut as VCC on different accounts, new sim for data and number no app used just browser. Whenever I sell on the accounts I get permanently limited with no warning.

I heard revolut VCCs are having problems in the US but what is the reason for my problems in the UK?

Sold and item over G&S for £100… USED SHOES… this is not high risk enough for an instant limitation. Only thing I can think of is the VCC.

Been using revolut vcc for years already and never had any issue with paypal limitation.
aging the account a bit more might help you with this. try also doing very small transactions before doing 100+ and so on.

Strange usually I would put that down to the APP

Maybe try using a laptop - add the card - wait a week before taking payments
