The people buying phones inorder to open accounts...Once the account is opened are you managing the account on your laptop or what???

From what I know most people buy phone for the phone number only and open their accounts on a real computer.

The other poster said PayPal is recently using device linking so his been struggling to open accounts on his already used laptop.

So he bought a phone to open new accounts. So I'm curious once he opens the account using the phone does he manage the account back on the original laptop?

Oh, I see where your question comes from now.

Well... I still run 1 computer with 75 Paypal accounts so..... shrug.

Easier to manage the multiple accounts on the laptop imo

OP here, as stated by other members too, yes you can manage the accounts on your laptop once created by phone. PayPal only run the “checks” when you create the account, so you are fine to manage it on a laptop afterwards.

If this is really what PP is doing, it's got to be a new thing....

Luckily I haven't had problems with new accounts yet
