eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Two limitations on one account.

Has anyone ever received two emails when account is being limited? Even when I log in there is two limitation emails.

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

Sounds like a weird eBay bug

Never seen it myself but maybe that you got limited for 2 different reasons

It was using just PayPal strangely enough

You mean they sent you a duplicate email?

I've been seeing that more and more but not about suspension, it's more of a spam email from them

It’s not just suspension it’s actually showing as two limitations even on the account. Not just one account this has happened to.

No, I got 2 emails saying my account was limited, when logging in there’s 2 limitation notifications both the same but 1 asking for 1 more piece of information usually “details about product sold”

Perhaps you did two different things to trigger limitations. Another guess would be two different reps limited you but that's probably not likely.

Who knows. It doesn't really matter since you're limited anyway. :noidea:

Never used to happen before November last year… I’d get 1 email with a list of requests when logging in.

Anyways, you can try to give them what they want, either way start some new accounts right away if you haven't done so.

Yeah I have had it before, does the notification centre show "2" on in PayPal and in the resolution centre does it show 2 separate ones as well?

Yes it does, it’s happening on most of my accounts now… does anyone know why? Plus restoration took a week.

Same to me. Usually it take a day after I submited the docs, something is changing with Paypal

Lucky you, i made a Paypal yesterday and i have 3 Limitations.
They all ask the same, proof of address, id proof and verify bank.

So its not only you, it greatly depends on the IP you use and the personal details.
