Default AVS and changing billing address

Hello.

I am able to change the billing address of my bank account to another address than the one I used when i got banned. If I do that and also use a credit card I have never used before, will I by able to bypass AVS?

Thank you.

But will it be on the same name? They can link accounts thru matching names and DOB

New name and DOB is a completely new account for another person altogether not just an address change unless I'm missing something. That would trigger AVS not bypass it wouldn't it?

It will be on my brothers bank account and in his name (we will run the Ebay store together), the thing is that the billing address on
his bank account is the same as the one I used when I got banned on Ebay, so if I change the billing address to another address we
should be good with regards to AVS on Paypal, right? Just trying to make sure I understand it correctly or if I have misunderstood something.

You've got a lot of learning to do, ebay now operates on a Managed Payments system, paypal is no longer a disbursement option for sellers.

I thought everybody were obliged to use Paypal in the start and you can switch to managed payments after a while? Ebay stealthbook talks about how
you have to create a new Paypal account. Is all that information not valid anymore?

Nope, as soon as you list an item you will for forced to sign up to Managed Payments. Forget anything to do with paypal and selling.

Once in a blue moon I get an ACC that I can still put a PP in.

But they are really pushing everyone to MP now.

So focus on the ebay side of it

That is an outdated information mate. You need bank account in order to receive payments from ebay.

Thank you guys, I appreciate the help.

I should change the billing address of the bank account, right? Since it is the same as the one on my suspended account? Do I have to worry about AVS after I change it?

And can i then use a credit card that has never been used before, or do I have to/should I create a virtual credit card?

Billing address should be different and have to use a cc or virtual cc that has not been used before

Ok, thank you. So in terms of AVS as long as I change the billing address of my bank account to the one I use on my Ebay account I should be good?

Bank accounts dont use a AVS that only applies to cards

For a bank account you just add it into the eBay

But what address are they looking at when they use AVS on the card? I assumed that was the billing address of the bank account?

I do recommend you read the stealth guide so you actually understand the basics.

And you can use your own new CC .

I have read it. It does not really go that deep into AVS so I don't really understand it as well as i probably should. The stealthbook only briefly mentions that you can bypass AVS by using a virtual credit card, but apparently some VCC's are better than other etc, so I figured if possible it would be better to use a credit card, since I have access to one that is not used on Ebay before and a bank account that is not used on Ebay before.

It's not just the AVS it's the whole bigger picture.

If you do have the stealth guide you can actually use the code in the forum to get free VIP btw...

Ok, i see. That being said do you think as long as I change the billing address of my bank account and use a totally new credit card I should be good to go? My stealth account subscribtion ran out a few days ago and i don't know where the code is.
