Registering PayPal for LLC with foreigner owner
 

Hi everyone!
I'm going to register US PayPal for my LLC. Not stealth, just normal PP.
Don't want to run into limitations. Need an advice on a registration process from experienced users.:ranger:

I have:
-LLC (single member) in Florida with EIN
-Owner is the citizen of Belarus, lives in Turkey (have no SSN, but have ITIN)
-Bank account in Mercury
-VoIP phone number with FL area code
-Mailing address in FL provided by a virtual office service.

Questions:
1. Use Florida VPS or PC in Turkey for registration?
2. U.S. VoIP phone number or Turkish mobile?
3. What should be entered for Home Address? (PP allows only US address)

You are going to create a PP account under your info then give it to this guy in Turkey?

So you are in Turkey then...flag change needed.

1. High quality VPS then - no cheapo
2. US mobile would be better - VoIP...chance of getting rehashed number
3. US address needed...guess your only option is to try the virtual address

paypal isn't available in Turkey, and even if it was, you must use US number and US IP, but it doesn't have to be VPS, you can use proxy on a new portable browser.
