Dose PayPal with Capital one not work anymore?

Keep trying to Add Capital one by login and auto verified but keep getting messages can’t add this bank need call PayPal help add the account

If I recall from a few months ago capital one has been problematic for a lot of people.

Can you choose a different bank?

Yes, I use a different bank susscefully but after few day PayPal businesses account received limitations : /

Capital one is great! But not great for stealth. If the names dont match, it is a no go. I dont like their virtual cards for stealth either even if you are making accounts in your name. Glitches sometimes. Sees their plug in numbers show just that these days. Netflix, xm radio, same problem.

People should be careful of this user posting around the forum saying he borrowed paypal from one website.

Be careful guys, it's totally unreasonable and very high risk to put your money in a "borrowed account" whatever that means.

It's rather PayPal account security issue than a bank issue. Usually happens because of IP or lack of account activity history.

I have used a checking account and debit card from a Capital One checking and haven't had any issues.
