VCC to verify EU PayPal

Hey guys! What’s the best VCC to verify EU PayPal nowdays?
PayPal just asked me to verify my ID & Bank/card.
Is Revolut/iCard still working for it? Will the miss-matched names and different addresses (on PayPal and VCC) be the issue?

I know there is threads about this on the forum but seems like some options aren’t available anymore and just wandering what is working currently.

Yeah I know. But I mean if I want to use my own VCC/VBA which one will work the best to verify EU PayPal with mismatched names and addresses?

I am using VISA Portugal BINs. It works well with EU paypals

I'm using France BINS for EU paypal accounts. Works perfect!

detected as real bank card. visa classic. bank: LA BANQUE POSTALE

I added this card to several EU countries. Works without any prob. I purchased this VCC from aspkin seller on marketplace.

Yes, they should work fine. Also you can try using Payoneer bank accounts for EU PayPal.
