I have an account since 2019 ( was dormant for few years). recently, i started using the account. I matured the account for around 3 months both selling and buying. My issue is that when someone sends me direct payment i get the the money instantly without any hold. However, when someone sends payment using a checkout(wordpress site), the payment goes to pending balance for 21 days.

I usually start to get payment instantly like after 1 one month, but this time it is been 90+ days and checkout payments are still going to the pending balance.

Any solutions? any criteria on when to expect the payments to be instantly available?

this is a USA account correct?

Yes, and I received over $500 in total without a single dispute/claim

It could be that the source of your last payment caused the pending hold to be placed - source may have been risky - not your fault

Most likely PayPal considered transactions received through the website "inconsistent with your previous selling activity". It will take some more time to build trust for this type of transactions.
