Need urgent help!! Explaination on 4g mobile hotspot
 

Really confused

So I see people saying use an 4g or 5g hotspot/proxy for creating and managing Sleath PP accounts, are they one in the same?

I wanted static residential proxies for my paypal accounts (I will have one device per paypal aco****)
And I didn’t want one virgin ip for each PP account I also want to acesss these accounts from other rogue proxies/ip aswell this is why static residential ips is kinda perfect for this.
(Don’t ask why just need this to happen)

But I have an few phones that have 4g hotspots with atat, Verizon, sprint etc.

Questions:

Is there an way to select the location where you want devices connected to your phone hotspot to be located at (in the USA)?

also are these locations static, ip may change but does it stay within the same city and state?

Can you have more then one device/ paypal aco**** per hotspot, is PayPal able to link accounts if they use the same hotspot?

Plus I want the OG proxy ip I use for an an account to be able to use accounts 1-4 weeks? Can I always have this same ip available.

I see y’all recommending it but from my knowledge I don’t see how yall keep the 4g hotspot ip’s static plus be able to customize the locations aswell.

Or should I use IPBurger proxies instead?

If I should use Ipbruger what should I use residential or dedicated. They say there dedicated’s are data center ips which is really bad. And they have those residential ips but they are not static I need an Residential IP I can use for more then day and not 30 mins.

If mobile hotspot can do the things I stated, should I create and managed the PayPal from an mobile hotspot, and then use residential or dedicated ip burger proxies as the “rogue” ip. This is where I was thinking I should go with this.

Yes you can have more than one account per hotspot lol? Use common sense, when you turn on airplane mode and reconnect 4g then the IP resets.

Yep, time difference varies between 5 to 8 hours I think...

So if the IP reset everytime I turn on and off airplane mode, wouldn't the ip get recycled eventually or wouldn't I be given a recycled IP eventually?

So there's a reason why I don't trust using my own hotspot.

I use 1 residential IP from IPburger where it rotates every 30 minutes which doesnb't matter.

as long as the carrier is consistent for the accounts that's the key for me.

So you believe IPburger's IP rotation is safer than a mobile carriers rotation? Or am I just misunderstanding you here
