different rules for uk
 

I have just moved house so i opened a new paypal account and was just waiting to be verfited and i got my 1st payment through 2days after opening my account .Paypal phoned me to confirm that i owed the account which was no problem i confirmed everything with them ,so i get a 2nd payment the next day and they call again but i just missed the call and within 10 minutes i have been limited .I phone paypal in the usa and i expalined to them what happened and that i can not provide a invoice but i can send them a picture of my stock ,they said no problem we will put a note on your account just send all the other docments and i will have my account back on in a few days .This wasnt the case with my other paypal account here in the uk they told me on the phone 2day that they will not accept a picture of stock and that they need a invoice are i will have to wait 180 days to get my money out of my account .So is ther 1 set of rules for the usa and another for the uk ? Looks like it to me !

As for my other account ,i need to send my passport ,driving licence etc etc but i have not got these in my new address ( thats on my new paypal account )that i have moved to .If i send them to paypal with my address from my last house will they turn my account back on ? Or will i have to wait till i get all my passports and stuff in my new address ?

Usually if Paypal asks you for information and you give it to them, they'll release your account. So do what ever paypal wants and you're good to go. And I'm sure there are some differences between UK and US Paypals.

Do you think my paypal accounts will get linked ? the 1st one is limited and i have sent them my passport and driving lic, if i send this same info on my new account will they get linked ? Also my address is differant on the 2nd account will i change the address to match it ? Thanks for the help

They will never ask me for a ss number as we dont have them over here .I have not done anything to thme either ,they owe mw over 1000gbp in the 2 accounts .One is personal and one is business ,the last one i got the business one has my new address on it and i havent got my passport or driving lic changed to my new address yet do you think this will be a problem ?

Hi what i mean is will my paypal accounts get linked ? I have already sent in my passpaort and driving lic for my 1st limited account but they want a invoice . With my 2nd account which i just made over a week ago it is now limited aswell and they want me to send in my driving lic and passport but i have already sent them in for the 1st account so will they link the 2 accounts 2gether and decide not to turn any back on ? I used these paypal addys with my ebay account ,no problems just didnt link them to my ebay account and everything was ok .
