Account is limited, funds are eligible and I would love to have someway of having a number on file for these security alerts because I know if I call support and give them a number to add they will tell me either "it doesn't appear to be a real number" or "it doesn't appear to registered in my name". This is the security check I'm getting just from attempting to log in so I know they'll want SMS confirmation before they let me withdraw. If you are not stingy with information and know of a for sure method, company or service that lets me a bypass paypal in this area I would love to know it. :fight:
Oh and for the record there is a Google Voice Number on file already, and it was added at the time I created the account however it isn't showing up as an option purposely for some reason. https://i.imgur.com/8Jgpgwj.png |

I advice you to add real mobile phone number then wait 2 months and call to paypal support. If paypal support ask you to receive sms for verification you can receive this sms on real phone number. If you don't want to call paypal support you can add real mobile phone number and wait 6 months. after 6 months passed your real mobile phone number will be visible in security check) |
Re: Funds Elgibile For Withdrawal BUT ... I'm Getting This! Welcome to the forum OP - all the best as you master stealth :thumb:
Forget GV OP - might be worth checking marketplace for phone service providers |

Get a real phone, they are cheap, about $15-20.
Add it, and remove the google voice number.
wait a week or 2 then call in f from it. |

Thanks for the replies you guys, And I did enough reading here to know Google Voice isn't the strongest method for adding a phone on file. So I guess the question I should have asked is; "Is there a company, service provider or seller somewhere that allows me to add a number that matches the stealth accounts name same day?" I've read enough horror stories here to understand that if I bought a tracfone and registered it in the stealth account's name paypal will still claim it doesn't appear to be registered in my name. So is there any same day service provider out there that paypal will accept. Many people claim to know what PayPal can and can't see regarding a VOIP Phone (Google Voice), I'm now wondering if this security alert is set up to make me wait no matter unnecessary time regardless if I added a legit phone or not at this point. It's looking like the system is set up to NOT accept any same day registrations, and it will make me wait regardless at this point. |

1. Paypal tell's me the VOIP doesn't match my name,
2. I go and register a SIM in my name, add it to paypal.
3. They still tell me it doesn't appear to be registered in my name.
Only thing I can think of at this point is they are messing with you because you should have had the real one on file to begin with. :noidea: |
| agnostixxx | 06-15-2022 11:48 AM | Re: Funds Elgibile For Withdrawal BUT ... I'm Getting This! Check also any connection issues.
Many times happened that online inability to link bank/proceed with inquiry grounds in vpn or smth not even connected with phone number
Btw phone number issue may require multiple calls as imo (and I’m verified service provider here for certification calls like this one too) it depends on agent too much. Some are really useless if they see that their “automatic system” prevents by something to add new phone and they just ask you to wait/try again/wait more/whatever. Some try to do smth manually from their side, but still it requires more then one call, if they will decide to verify new number according to background report.
So yes, it should be considered as PayPal casino or roulette, but anyway phone number should be real one, not voip

But then again, .... can you really reason with a system designed by Monkeys?
Ever watched Idiocracy when the nurse had to pick pictured options?
Right now everything is still in words... so imagine... |
| SilentHill | 06-15-2022 06:52 PM | Re: Funds Elgibile For Withdrawal BUT ... I'm Getting This! This happened to me recently. Its not the phone number. let PP reset. Takes 3 days. Try again after 3 full days. If not give it a week. Should work then.
I also gave PP a ring and asked to speak to a supervisor to lift any restriction of withdrawal.
Hope that helps ! |

Because this is the boat I assume most are in.
I'd tell you one thing, if the real sim phone number works on an account after it was already created with a VOIP number and a security alert was raised, than that would save a lot of time and work, because the only other alternative that support gives me is the option to answer public record questions, which I hate with a passion. It seems like they have more access to the public records than the public. |
| Easystealth | 06-30-2022 01:18 PM | Re: Funds Elgibile For Withdrawal BUT ... I'm Getting This! OP, you can try to log in using another IP, your current IP may be recognized suspicious by PP security system. |

Which then makes it a mute point to use VOIP in the first place.
I don't know how many people do this in the new generation of stealthers, but out of all the successful stealthers I know, none of them cut corners and just spend the $10 on a new phone. |
