I get this error when trying to send payment

Also I have 2 pending payment on my account, the 155$ is eCheck prob will never go trough: https://i.gyazo.com/86f7597456ef39d3...a63131fb8a.png

Any tips? Do I just leave the account for 24h? Also what do you suggest sending it to others or to myself (my main paypal) I can't withdraw.

Edit1: I waited once 24 hours but I got this 75$ on pending before i logged, do i just wait till it clears right?

Usually just need to wait 24-72 hours. If your account is new this error may appear pretty often until you build some transaction history.

Risk escalation and eyes on the account as well though - just saying

Generally with these issues, it's a security trigger. Wait 1-3 days, don't try to send out as soon as receiving as that looks suspicious to them.
