day 3 of cant send payment not even 2$

So its day 3 of me getting same error again how long is that? I have 300$ stuck in that account and still cant get it out I get when i try to send: "sorry we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. please try again later"

How long more do I need to wait?

Where did the $300 come from? Recent sale? Buyer paid via cc or echeck, happen to know?

And what do you mean by sending payment? As in using the account balance to buy something or withdraw to bank acc

No its with proxies, romanian paypal and I try to send the payment to my friend (he has aged account) and it doesnt let me, not even buying anything, I can't withdraw with it.

Sounds like maybe you've been trying to avoid paying their fees and their bots caught up to you?

Proxies could cause an issue

Leave the account for a few days and then try again. PayPal security system may block transfers if you try to spend money right after receiving a payment.

Use a Residential IP. do not use a portable browser. If possible add a Real number instead of voIP numbers

Forgot to mention... withdraw the funds to your bank account.
