I need to verify UK Paypal Account (ID only)

I created an account 2 months ago and my account was limited. There is about 200 pounds inside and ID is required to verify the account.

I created the account completely with random information. Can anyone provide support?

What do you use the accounts for?...doc requests are standard practice...I believe PayPal is also forced by the local government to collect and report information on the user and income based on the type of questions I've been asked before
