Can't add vcc to new paypal business
 
It always gave me error "card declined" when trying to add the vcc.

Vcc bought from sellers on this forum. There're no limited on my account

Clear cookies. Sign in with a different ISP and it will add.

Just clear it out or swap to another browser

I did tell the OP that but nobody was listening. :d

It's an IP / ISP issue that causes the block on paypal's side. It has nothing to do with the card / the card seller or the browser used.

sometimes the paypal system decline the card for your account risk.
maybe your paypal is not stealty enough
