Will I have issues if I upload a screenshot of a doc.

Countless times, never had an issue uploading docs in JPEG format. But try refrain from it looks let’s legitimate from a business perspective . Photo id yes, Professional docs use pdf.

I'd like to upload photo id but I'm trying to avoid dealing with the whole exif data and making the picture look unedited and legit.

Why not create PayPal accounts in your name and then you can just upload your passport which will also pass. Same name and date of birth but everything different you can create loads of PayPal accounts this way and always pass ID verification and at the same time spread sales across the accounts I do this all the time.

I'll try but I've had accounts banned with the reason that someone stole my account information

I have 5 PayPal accounts in my name and date of birth everything else different. I sell expensive items but only get 6/8 at a time so don’t really need anymore than that.

You mean they linked you to another account that has the same info?

I know amazon can be notorious in linking you to another bad account and ban you from time to time even though it's not true, but I rarely see this happening with Paypal.

Yes same passport on 2 accounts no issues other 3 accounts not been asked for docs.

didnt expect that this could work..do you wait for a period of time to create a new one? do you use new browser every time ?how about your ip? reset modem/router or buy proxy?

As soon as I got a sale on Facebook I would create a PayPal account I think one day I created 2 PayPal accounts. I can easily create more but don’t need anymore.

I use new user still, new ip turn router off and on new ip Firefox browser new bank account, different address, same name and date of birth. It’s so easy I wish eBay was like this.

You can try converting it after taking a screenshot

There is nothing wrong about uploading a screenshot of a doc.
It could be that the original photo is too heavy. Therefore, taking a screenshot would let you upload it.
