paypal banned as soon as I add prepaid debit card
 

I want to pay someone using a prepaid debit card. The plan is 1) open a paypal account 2) add prepaid debit card in account 3) send payment

I open paypal account successfully but as soon as I add my prepaid debit card it says you need to send your ID and verify that you own the card. apparently they deduct a small amount and you have to say how much that small amount was which is no problem since I can go to the debit card's website and see all transactions. but the ID part hell no I am not providing my ID and I don't know how to us adobe ps.

do they require all new paypal accounts to provide ID? or is there something that I am doing that raises red flags in their system? I am using residential ip, antidetect browser with natural fingerprint, a real phone number and not voip, gmail and not something weird like protonmail. I don't get it. what's the problem?

Not all Paypals are required to provide ID. Something you do raises a red flag if you are required for ID immediately after opening the Paypal account.

The problem might be related to opening the account with Residential IP from IPBurger and using Antidetect browser.

they don't require ID as soon as I create the account. They require ID when I add the prepaid debit card in my account.

Then use a debit card from the approved sellers here.
If it is EU or UK Paypal i recommend makavi94.

IPBurger standard pack residentials are the worst for creating Paypal new accounts.

That probably won't make any difference as the prepaid card is not causing the limitation.

Normal debit / credit cards are however better than prepaid cards for paypal purposes.

it could be your prepaid debit card,is it a VISA/
Both AMZN and Paypal get burned with prepaid cards,scammers could steal your cc to buy prepaid cards and sell them cheap,by the time the owner finds out some one has used his card,he would file chargeback with his cc issuer

It could be the prepaid card. Do you have another card to try? Better yet if you have a debit card.

I use their standard pack, seriously do some homework and get a solution.

Ok, why don't you share your method of creating new PayPal accounts without getting limited right away asking for ID?

of course I have a debit card. but why would I use a debit card when it has my name on it? that defeats the point of stealth.

USA Paypal:

Tools:

1. a computer...
2. IPburger residential STANDARD package.
3. a standard phone / prepaid phone
4. a real address

Steps:

1. Create new user account on computer
2. Download firefox
3. install IPburger extension
4. Turn on ipburger extension
5. record the IP
6. Go to paypal's website
7. register with your new info and phone number.
8. Verify with a good VCC or real CC
9. Confirm with USA bank ACC the next day
10. wait 1-2 days for micro deposit
11. enter deposit amount

typical stealth guide method I've been using for a decade for the most part.

It is his prepaid debit card,they want to make sure he bought it in a legit place.

thats is your secret? I'm rarely can open pp account without instant docs request. For sure name ,address and phone is completely different
