PayPal shadow ban

Tried uploading docs and it wont let me upload any files for ID

You mean it uploads but gives an error or everything is is greyed out?

I select the file and it says please upload jpg png or pdf yet the file is a jpg and png. So it wont let me upload anything

Is it too big? Try reducing the size to less than 1MB.

File is small

Try disabling every browser extension and ensure that Javascript is enabled. If it still doesn't work, you can either try again later or call them.
