how to add from debit card to paypal balance?
 

I want to buy bitcoin from people here anonymously. all sellers here require payment to be made from paypal balance and they also require friend and family. I have no problem paying with friend and family but I don't know how to get a positive paypal balance. I have a prepaid debit card which I bought from the grocery store but I dont know how to upload money from it to my paypal. is that even possible or I am looking for something that doesn't exist?

I dont think you can

Used to be able to but they removed that a long time ago (at least in the UK)

I think you can fund a payment from a card for F&F payments though

but sellers here specifically say it needs to come from paypal balance. It's a prepaid debit card, it cannot be reversed. I don't understand what their problem is.

Cardbacks are an issue - sellers are just keeping themselves safe

it's for their own protection... what their problem is? Their problem is that they have a problem getting scammed by scammers, so they do this to protect themselves.

There is a way,if the debit card is a Paypal debit card,go to Paypal to find out more.
If I recall,Paypal has 2 debit cards,one has a monthly fee and you can move fund from your card to your Paypal account and vice versa.
