Worst/Safe Country to have a negative paypal balance.
 

What's the worse Worst/safe Country to have a negative paypal balance. For ⊗⊗⊗⊗ or real accounts. I don't plan to do anything stupid, I just want to stay safe, in case when Paypal decide in case of a scammer, even if i prove his a scammer, i don't want to pay back the balance.

I know that in France for example, if you owe money , the collection agency will easy ask a judge to find you. And he will find you,with the help of police.

well, scammers are part of the business right?

THe majority of buyers are actually fine, so you gotta plan around the negatives.

As long as you get 3 steps forward and 1 step back you still make a profit.

Sure, but i don't want to have France account, knowing that in case someone will fraud us, and paypal will block my account + put my account in negative, a judge will search me by giving direct orders to police. And i also don't like calling paypal 1000 times to add a bitcoin card to pay the negative balance. also check to not be scammed when ordering such a card, etc. + pay 2000$ to clean a 1000$ balance maybe.
