Tried uploading ID but keep receiving the "please upload jpg, png or pdf" error.
Image is a screen shot and I'm still receiving the error.
Downloaded a random picture and it accepted it with no issues.
ID is a downloaded template off social media
it usually happen to me when extension of the file is in capitol i.e., PNG instead of png and JPG instead of jpg... just rewrite the extension in small and you will able to upload

Really? their system is so messed up... never in my life have I had issues like with capital letters on extensions
Uploaded the doc on Thursday. Haven't heard back since. Logged in the account....Looks normal. Was told I would receive a response in one business day. Account looks normal limits look normal.
Before uploading the doc I was told I can't perform any actions except refund customers.
