What personal data paypal share with Etsy?
 

For some reason my Etsy buying accounts get permanetly banned after some time. I was using them as a source fornmy dropshipping business, but then they have decided they dont want to work with me anymore. Probably because I was out of UK for some time and using non UK IP address. I was using debit card under my name.

Later on, I asked a friend to purchase a gift cards with his debit card. It worked for some time, then he got banned as well. He was using revolut virtual disposable cards.

I will make a new account, new user on windows, new IP, I know how to make unlinked account.

However, only buying solution I have right now is to use paypal as a buying option.
My concern is - What data will etsy see if I use paypal? My paypal email address matches email address of etsy's account which was suspended so I am affraid they can connect them and ban me again.

Am I right? Should I play safe and change email address on Paypal?

each PAYPAL account has a unique number,no matter how many Paypal email addresses you have.

I am aware of this.

I have never used paypal to buy anything from etsy.

I will simplify this: my etsy account has xyz@gmail.com address. That account is suspended. I will open a new one and this time I will use paypal to purchase things, not a card as I use to do before. However my paypal has the xyz@gmail.com , same as the blocked etsy account.

Will they connect me somehow or should I change my paypal email adreas to match email address of newly created acc?

You cannot reuse the paypal account.

I have never used this paypal acc for buying at etsy. It just shares same email address as banned etsy account and that is my concern

Even if I change paypals email address to match etsys newly created account, etsy will still know of the old email aderess I was using with PP?

etsy will be able to see past history of the pp account easily since there are more identifiers than just the pp email I am sure

Like I said,each PaYPAL account can have up to 5 email addresses,but there is only one unique number assigned to that account.
like you have one SSN number,you can call yourself Thomas,Tom,Tommy,it is still the same person

Is there a reason why you can't just make a new PP account and eliminate the risk all together?
